A doctor as liar and fraudster

ANDREAS FREI (AF), the prison psychiatrist, did a so called psychiatric evaluation on me. A read the report for the first time at Otto Haunreiter’s, my former lawyer’s office, a year after my 52 hour detention.
- I was surprised as was I shocked about what I read :
AF wrote untrue and fraudulent statements about my person. He twisted and misquoted what I had said. This unlawful behavior of AF creates a completely distorted view of my character - for example it claims that I have a „tendency of madness“ and similar allegations. A highly degrading and humiliating way to get hurt by the criminal behavior of a so called „doctor“.

My conversation with ANDREAS FREI lasted about 60 Minutes. We touched three topics :

- I told him that I was in great pain and at the given time my eyesight was strongly disabled, practically blind. I could visually not identify him there. Also the book (translation of Tao), which I had taken to prison, was unreadable at that moment, I told him. Obviously inspired by my book, he asked me unexpectedly: Did you ever have a „Satori-experience“? After a moment of irritation I said that the term „Satori“ originates from meditation in Zen Buddhism and Taoism is roughly 800 years old. I also stated that I have an interest in religious world views, although I don’t practice any of them. Additionally i made some remarks about Zen Buddhist literature and it psychological influence on western culture during the 20th century. I named some authors of Zen literature, among them a double band edition of Dumoulin ‘Zen-Buddisms‘ from China and Japan. (2nd topic, duration 25 minutes)

During the rest of our conversation Andreas Frei wanted to know what led up to the phone conversation with prosecutor GISELA JAUN. I stated to him in a short but factual manner the history: I explained how a conflict erupted between me and head master ROLF BUEKI (and his friend and buddy canton counsel member PETER BEUTLER, who also worked as teacher at Musegg). How I ended up pressing charges against ROLF BURKI and ULRICH FAESSLER, a government counsel member at that time. For the rest of the investigation prosecutor GISELA JAUN was involved….(3rd topic, duration 25 minutes)
AF tried to make notes of our conversation
- but the result (psychiatric evaluation) was a accumulation of empty senseless phrases without much meaning in context, decorated in a pathetic language style (lawyer have told me this is often done deliberately during interrogatives, to make the accused appear dumb and inferior, while indirectly bringing attention to that). It seems as if some of his marginal notes confused him or his mind may have been focused on our topic, which appeared to be more appealing to him. - Anyway the conclusion and psychiatric judgement (based on a 60 minute conversation) regarding my person, was that I have a :

I demand for the sage of our legal system (human rights), a hearing where I can make statements with regards to ANDREAS FREI's psychiatric evaluation before court

Two days after I got released from prison, I reported to my doctor about my imprisonment. I had not read the Psychiatrie evaluation of Dr. Frei at that time. That criminal GABY SVALDUZ (local magistrate in Lucerne) threatened to imprison me again if I refused further sessions with Dr. Frei.
For that reason I requested my former doctor to arrange a independent psychiatric evaluation of my person,
-so I could be in possession of a neutral evaluation.

The conclusions of the independent evaluation stood in complete contradiction to the report made by ANDREAS FREI :

(To put it mildly: I am not happy, that I have to depend on such a document (independent evaluation)…)
If I hadn't requested such a report things would gone rather bad before court - with respect to the sentencing. That criminal mob (local magistrates) would have based all their decisions on the corrupt, criminal statements made by AF which would have served as Justification for the criminal terror I experienced at the hands of the state.
Pending questions...
How often has ANDREAS FREI engaged in such self righteous, immoral, sick actions?: Dozens of times? Hundreds of times? That psychopathic, sadistic game he could play under the cover of criminal magistrates, allowing him this desecration, acting as a talebearer and destroyer of human beings. The behavior of ANDREAS FREI is comparable to the conduct German officials against the Jews between 1933 and Pogrom-Night.

I demand a legal investigation of all forensic, psychiatric evaluations conducted by ANDREAS FREI in the last five years nameless, legally deprived suspects, who were then declared criminals by judges …
Refusal
I do not accept the slanderous, fraudulent report (psychiatric evaluation) made by ANDREAS FREI. The report created a few days later by psychiatrist Roman Fischer comes to a very different conclusion. I am ready to cooperate and engage in conversations with psychiatrists under following conditions :
- A doctor of my choice.
- I am not allowed to know the psychiatrist personally.
- Expenses must be covered by perpetrator or the canton.
